The situation
The fintech company's product teams rebuilt UI from scratch on every project. Interfaces drifted out of sync, development was slow, and there was no shared source of truth for components.
What we did
We built a comprehensive design system spanning Figma and code: 200+ React and TypeScript components documented in Storybook, styled with Tailwind CSS, and visually tested with Chromatic to catch regressions.
The outcome
UI development is 40% faster, the library holds 200+ reusable components, and interfaces are now 100% consistent across products.
