- Why is this one priced 'from' rather than fixed?
- Because it cannot honestly be fixed without design work. First a free scoping call and a design phase, then a fixed price against a known scope. Naming an exact figure blind would just bury the risk in your invoice.
- Wouldn't an off-the-shelf CRM be simpler?
- Often it would, and we will say so. A custom system earns its cost where the box breaks your process or where configuring it runs dearer than building. If that is not your case, you keep the money.
